Project: In 2016, I came up with a poster series title Home Sweet Home. Originally, I created seven concept posters for personal use when my wife and I moved into our new home. After sharing the images on social media, portfolio websites and visitors seeing the framed posters in our home I decided to make posters for family, friends, co-workers and other acquaintances who commissioned the posters.

Approach: Each scene is custom to a season (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) or holiday. The concept came from an idea I had been brainstorming for several months. I wanted scenes to modify for multiple items (cards, posters, digital frames). Most importantly, the illustrations are clean and realistic. As each new poster series is created for a client, I ask for input on items that can be added to create a custom, real-life feel. What I like most about these illustrations is the progress of the natural environment growing as the seasons change. The holiday themes also give me a chance to add fun items to set the mood.
