At Shrewsberry, I developed and led all company marketing efforts, including proposal development, website content, social media marketing, and internal/external communications. These initiatives were developed through collaboration with the ownership team and discipline leaders, and were an integral part of the company’s continued growth strategy. In addition, I managed the day-to-day workflow of my team and worked with each employee to develop individual growth development plans.
