CASE STUDY: MEZZETTA CONSTRUCTION

While employed with Mezzetta, I developed, implemented, and managed all marketing collateral. Primary responsibilities included the creation of presentation material for the formulation of RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses as part of the company’s marketing and revenue-generating strategy. Other revenue-generating tasking included managing company diversity certifications across multiple regional public institutions.

  • Proposal success rate at Mezzetta improved to 72% during employment

  • Increased company market exposure to Fortune 500 and public institutions in Indiana and Kentucky by nearly 300% through professional-grade proposal submittals (LOI, RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.)

  • Managed and maintained the successful submittal of more than 50 different company M/WBE certifications with local, state, and federal institutions in Indiana and Kentucky

  • New and improved branding, presentation materials, and program deliverables were the catalyst for Mezzetta transforming from a sub to primary leadership role for the City of Indianapolis’ Unsafe Building Program during employment

  • Led company submittal process for the successful selection of the 12th Annual Mayor’s Celebration of Diversity Community Relations Award as issued by the City of Indianapolis
